Paskins Town House in Charlotte Street, Brighton, is just a short stroll from the pier and you can easily walk into town within 15 minutes. There is also a good bus service nearby. Spread over two early 19th-century townhouses in Kemptown, this charming bed and breakfast was one of the first vegetarian-friendly hotels in the city and is decorated in an Art Deco theme. Paskins has long been environmentally-friendly.

Rooms at Paskins are all individual, and all budgets are covered, including a budget ground-floor double with a separate but private bathroom, and 3 top-floor budget rooms with a shared bathroom. There are 2 deluxe feature rooms, including a 4-poster bedroom. All rooms have tea and coffee-making facilities, excellent shower rooms and environmentally-friendly toiletries. Beds are very comfortable, and if you want a vegan room with appropriate pillows and duvets, just let us know.

Breakfast is not-to-be-missed with our extensive menu of choices, including a traditional Full English, vegetarian, vegan or continental option, using lots of home-made produce. We use organic ingredients, sourced wherever possible from local Sussex farms.
