Beamsley Lodge

Beamsley Lodge is a welcoming Edwardian guest house on the Eastbourne sea front, opposite the bowling green, and just 15 minutes walk from the pier and town centre with 5 private parking spaces. Hosts Allison and Dave offer a warm welcome and great hospitality and can give lots of great advice on places to visit and things to do. They will also provide a special passport, enabling discounts at recommended restaurants.

Many of the Beamsley Lodge rooms are recently-refurbished, have a sea view and an en-suite. We have 5 ground floor rooms; 2 twins, 1 double and 2 singles. Beamsley has a conservatory style lounge / bar and breakfast room. We serve a Full English, Continental, daily special and we can cater for special dietary needs. For those who need an early departure, we offer a take away breakfast which consists of a filled roll, juice, fruit and a pastry.
