Welcome to the Atlanta Guest House in the vibrant holiday destination of Eastbourne. We are within easy walking distance of the pier, town centre, theatres and train station, as well as the other main Eastbourne attractions.

You will experience excellent hospitality courtesy of hosts Yvette and Mark Cowderoy who have been the proprietors for the past decade. The Atlanta is a 4-storey Victorian property where the lounge, dining room and sea view rooms have panoramic vistas of the sea, beach, promenade and pier. We have 9 en-suite rooms with a complimentary breakfast included in the room rate.

Guest will benefit from good quality linen and towels, Freeview TV, Wifi and tea / coffee-making facilities. Our en-suites have complimentary toiletries. Eastbourne seafront is a Pay and Display Zone for parking and there is a loading bay adjacent to the building, which can be used to unload your luggage easily.
