Aavaas Bed and Breakfast

Aavaas Bed and Breakfast, located at 137 De La Warr Road in Bexhill-on-Sea is owned and family-run by Martyn and Carol whom are always on hand if needed. Walkers and cyclists are welcome, and we are also dog friendly.

We are non-smoking but have a garden area and there is also ample car parking space. We have two double guest rooms, one with an en-suite shower and the other with its own private bathroom. Both rooms have a flat screen television and complimentary tea / coffee making facilities. Free Wifi is available throughout the house and we have ironing facilities for guests. A Full English breakfast is included, and we happy to cater for differing dietary requirements.

Renowned for its pleasant climate, Bexhill is situated in 1066 Country, and offering a quiet charm missing from many larger seaside resorts. Admire the magnificent Victorian and Edwardian buildings as you stroll along the promenade and take in the stunning sea views across the bay to Eastbourne and Beachy Head or Galley Hill and Hastings. Local attractions include The De La Warr Pavilion. Enjoy the award-winning sand and pebble beach, whether you want to try fishing, windsurfing, sailing or simply take a dip in the sea.
