Wartling Place Country House

Wartling Place Country House is an award-winning Grade II listed Georgian Country House set in 3 acres of stunning gardens with superb views over the surrounding countryside. This luxury bed and breakfast is set in the pretty hamlet of Wartling on the edge of the Pevensey Levels Nature Reserve.

Hosts Rowena and Barry are very welcoming and more than happy to offer advice about the local area. The rooms and public areas are decorated with flair; all the bedrooms are spacious, and 2 have 4-poster beds. All rooms are well-resourced and immaculately presented. Your breakfast is served in our dining room overlooking the gardens, and includes fresh fruit, cereals, and Greek yogurt, followed by a freshly cooked-to-order meal. We use local produce. There is a nice pub / restaurant just across the road and we are happy to book a table for your evening meal.

Alongside our bed and breakfast accommodation, there is a fully-equipped and self-contained cottage with a private garden, parking and great views. For larger parties, you can book the rooms and cottage at Wartling Place on an exclusive basis if required.
