Holly House Bed and Breakfast

Holly House offers bed and breakfast accommodation on the edge of the Ashdown Forest in the charming small village of Chelwood Gate in West Sussex. We are 4-Star Silver Award rated by Visit England.

Set in a 130-year-old farmhouse, our bed and breakfast is a 12-minute walk from the local pub and a perfect base to explore the countryside and numerous attractions in the area. Your friendly and attentive host Dee is always there with a warm welcome, a cup of tea and a piece of cake when you arrive! She is also happy to advise on local attractions if needed. Holly House guest rooms have comfortable beds, tea and coffee-making facilities, plus a TV and towels are provided.

The breakfast is superb, with delicious bacon, fresh eggs, home-made marmalade and jam, and tea or coffee. It is served in a pleasant conservatory, and the beautiful gardens must be seen! We have a relaxing guest lounge. During warmer months, we have an unheated swimming pool which guests can use. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.
