East Beach Guest House

East Beach Guest House is located opposite the beach in a beautiful seafront location in Littlehampton. We are accredited as 4-Star by the AA. We are just a few minutes walk from the harbour with a variety of eateries nearby. Littlehampton train station and town centre is a 10-minute walk away.

Conveniently located for visiting the beautiful historic castle town of Arundel and the South Downs countryside, with its many interesting walks and attractions, we are also only a 25-minute drive from events at Goodwood. We have 9 modern, brightly decorated rooms with Wifi, flat screen TVs, and tea and coffee-making facilities. Some rooms have sea views. Our 2 family rooms include full-size bunk beds. We also have 2 rooms on the ground floor for those with access needs.

Self-contained studios and rooms are also available. Breakfast and parking are included. Relax in the guest lounge is a must, where you can watch a DVD, read, play board games or watch the sunset from the balcony.
