Brook House Barn and Cottage

Brook House Barn and Cottage offer superb 4-Star self-catering holiday home accommodation in the beautiful countryside of the Lincolnshire Wolds. Located on a farm and riding school, we can also accommodate dogs and horses. You will be guaranteed of a warm welcome and can expect a peaceful, but action-packed holiday!

Converted from an 18th century barn and cottage, both have been expertly updated to provide excellent facilities for families or larger groups. The Barn consists of 5 en suite bedrooms catering for up to 22 guests. There is a fully-fitted kitchen and dining area, spacious lounge with TV and DVD and fantastic views across the hills, plus another upstairs lounge and a drying room. The Cottage has 2 bedrooms (a double and a twin), lounge with sofa bed, TV and DVD, and fully fitted kitchen. There is a private outdoor area with picnic table and barbeque.

We are British Horse Society approved, so can offer riding holidays with riding lessons and activities on site. There are also plenty of opportunities around and about for walkers and cyclists to explore. There are plenty of good pubs and eateries all within a short distance.

The cottage is available from £200 to 375 per week and the Barn is available from £1,000 for a 2 night stay
