The Comat Guest House

The Comat is in a central location, minutes away from the sea front, high street, shops, restaurants and bars in the seaside town of Cleethorpes. This is a family-run guest house which has an AA 4-Star Silver Award rating and a 5-Star Food Hygiene Certificate. We are an easy 7 minute walk from Cleethorpes Railway Station, and less than a 5 minute walk from the beach. There is on-street parking available.

Our spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms have a TV and DVD player, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, and complementary toiletries in the en suite bathrooms. There is also a ground floor en suite room with a walk-in shower with a seat.

There is a good choice at breakfast including a freshly cooked Full English and we can cater for differing dietary requirements.
