Ballingers Farmhouse Cottages

Ballingers Farmhouse Cottages are 2 delightful holiday cottages dating back to the early 17th century. Built from Cotswold stone and given Grade II listed building status, these have been carefully restored to provide excellent self-catering accommodation, whilst maintaining the charm of the era. We have awarded 4-Stars by Visit England.

Both Granary Cottage and Stable Cottage are 1-bedroomed and have a lounge with comfortable chair and sofa, a wood burning stove and TV, fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, TV, Wifi and patio garden. There is car parking available.

The cottages are situated in the village of Withington in the scenic Colne Valley. Surrounded by beautiful countryside for walking and cycling, you can also enjoy good food and drink at the 2 local pubs. Owners Ian and Judi are just next door if you need any advice, or eggs from their free roaming chickens!
