Inside is a beautiful living area with leather sofa, TV and wood burner; excellent for those intimate cool evenings in front of a roaring fire. There is fully-equipped kitchen and a double bedroom. Outside is a lawned area with patio and barbeque.

You can choose to have as much or as little contact with the outside world as you wish! There are many fishing and walking opportunities along the river, and shops and cafes in the nearby town of Middleton. Owner Robin is on hand at the Leekworth Caravan and Camping Site and will ensure you have everything you need for your holiday.
