Fairfield House is a stunning Victorian Villa offering luxurious self-catering accommodation in the beautiful town of Stanhope, the friendly market town in County Durham. Available for large group bookings, you will have exclusive use of the 8-acre grounds, tennis court, games room and hot tub! With stunning views of the surrounding Durham Dales, you are guaranteed a memorable stay.

Awarded a 5-Star Gold Award by Visit England the house has been decorated to a high standard with modern amenities to make your stay very comfortable. We have 8 bedrooms; all decorated in contemporary styles with plush furnishings. There is a large fully fitted kitchen, utility room with laundry facilities, 2 lounges with log burner, and a dining area with large table. Outside is a sheltered dining area, barbeque and fire pit. The town centre is only a short walk away providing many excellent pubs, shops and restaurants.

Available for corporate or family holidays and celebrations, there is enough space for 20 guests. We also provide special packages with local providers that will enhance your experience including outdoor adventures, catering and beauty treatments.
