Melbourne Place is a delightful bed and breakfast in the middle of the attractive village of Wolsingham. With the confluence of the Waskerley Beck and Wear River and the backdrop of the beautiful Durham Dales, it provides a stunning location for your holiday. Owners Julie and Steve and their pet Jack Russell Terrier will ensure you receive a warm welcome!

Both our guest rooms offer luxurious furnishings decorated in pastels shades to provide calmness and tranquillity. They have en suite facilities, king size or twin beds, free Wifi, Satellite TV, and beverage tray. They are situated on the second floor and accessed via your own private staircase to make sure you are not disturbed. They can be booked separated or together for families. There is a comfortable guest lounge downstairs with large selection of books and a wood burner, and a delightful walled cottage garden outside.

A hearty Full English breakfast is included and freshly cooked for you in the morning. Our sausages, bacon and black pudding coming from the village butcher. We can also cater for special diets and provide evening meals.
