MacKays Guest House, in a commanding position on the seafront in Oban, offers high standards in service and hospitality. Our accommodation has been rated as 4-Star by both the AA and Scottish Board, so you can expect superior comfort and amenities. We cater for adults only.

Guest rooms are elegantly furnished with en suite facilities, toiletries, king size beds, free Wifi, cosy armchairs and a beverage tray. Most have sea views and some have views of the surrounding woodland. We have ground floor rooms which are suitable for guests with mobility difficulties. Breakfast dishes include a Full Scottish breakfast and Argyll smoked salmon with scrambled eggs. We also have a continental buffet on offer and if you have any special dietary requirements let us know.

Relax on our terrace and watch the boats come and go. On the doorstep of the promenade, a 15-minute walk will take you to the town centre where you can find many eateries and ferries to the surrounding islands.
