The Collingwood Arms is a grand 19th century Grade II-listed house offering a comfortable place to stay in the picturesque village of Cornhill-on-Tweed. Named after the Vice Admiral who served under Nelson, it was previously owned by a merchant family. Today, the property offers elegant guest rooms and fine food, surrounded by the beautiful landscapes of Northern England and the Borders. Awarded a Visit England Gold Award you can expect excellent care and hospitality.

All our rooms are named after ships from the Battle of Trafalgar and offer stylish decor incorporating the period features of the original building. Each room has a bathroom with complimentary toiletries, as well as a digital TV and free Wifi. We have double, twin and adjoining rooms for families and can provide additional cots. There is also a twin room on the ground floor with disabled access. You are welcome to bring your dogs also. Our restaurant offers the finest breakfasts, lunches and evening meals. Our bar offers a more informal place to eat and drink with an extensive range of beverages on offer.

There are so many beautiful sites to see around the area; castles, river walks and little towns and villages on both sides of the border. We can offer shooting and fishing breaks. Please enquire for details.
