There is also a utility room with laundry facilities; and 2 king size bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, downstairs bed and bathroom suitable for wheelchair users and a sunroom at the front of the house. There are gardens to the front and back of the house with 2 terraces along with patio furniture, table tennis and a barbeque for outside dining, as well as ample parking for cars and boats.
