Helmsley Garden Cottage and Railway Carriage is a friendly, quirky bed and breakfast in the market town of Helmsley. The railway carriage is a refurbished early 20th Century GNR carriage offering everything you need for comfortable stay. The self-contained cottage has its own entrance with private lounge featuring sofas, HDTV, free Wifi, dining room, a kitchenette plus a beautiful shower room with marble walls. There is a double bedroom and we can also provide an additional double fold up bed or cot. The Railway Carriage has an open plan living area with double bed, comfortable chairs, HDTV, DVD, free Wifi, dining table and kitchenette. It has a separate wet room and bunk room. Breakfast choices include a delicious Full Yorkshire breakfast or smoked salmon or pancakes in the morning, all freshly prepared of course! You can choose to have breakfast in your room or in our beautiful garden on fine days.
