York Rose Bed and Breakfast offers relaxed and comfortable accommodation in a modern bungalow. Owner Lynne will welcome you to her bed and breakfast in the picturesque village of Kexby, just 5 miles outside of York.

There is a double and a twin room with en suite facilities and a twin room with a private bathroom. All our rooms are equipped with Freeview TV, Wifi, radio alarm clock, hairdryer, central heating, double glazing and a beverage tray. We can also provide travel cots if required and you are welcome to sit in our guest lounge. Enjoy a freshly prepared full English breakfast in the morning.

The White Rose Way long-distance walking trail from Leeds to Scarborough passes through the village. York is a walled city with a 13th-century Gothic cathedral, York Minster. The city walls form a walkway on both sides of the River Ouse and there are many museums, boutique shops and much more to explore in the city.
