Oakvilla Bed & Breakfast

Guests can expect a traditional warm Scottish Welcome at the Oakvilla Bed and Breakfast, located in a quiet residential area of Inverness. This family-run B & B offers first class hospitality and service from experienced owners Elizabeth and Douglas whom are happy to offer advice about what to see and do in the local area. With a 4-Star rating from the Scottish Tourist Board, you are assured of an enjoyable stay. We have limited off-street parking and there is unrestricted, free on-street parking.

We have 6 guest rooms, all of which are individually designed and named after Scottish Clans. This includes Mackenzie, which is a ground floor single room; Fraser, which is an en suite king size room and Gordon which offers twin beds. All our rooms have free Wifi, TV, USB ports, hairdryer and a well-stocked beverage tray with water and chocolates. Breakfast includes a traditional full cooked Scottish.
