Northcote Manor Farm

Welcome to Northcote Manor Farm, a 34-acre farm offering self-catering accommodation in the picturesque Devon village of Kentisbury. Family and pet-friendly with onsite swimming pool and amenities, it is the perfect place to enjoy a family holiday.

Our cottages, named after flowers, are all refurbished from former farm buildings added in the 16th century. Each has their own charm and character with lots of contemporary comforts. We have 5 cottages that can cater for 4, 5 or 6 guests each with Wifi, dishwasher, laundry facilities, Satellite TV and private gardens. There is also a large shared garden, heated indoor pool, barbeque, children's playground and games room. We have plenty of car parking and pets are welcome.

Visit Exmoor National Park for walking and beautiful sandy beaches, including Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands. Cycling along the Tarka Trail is also very popular. Arlington Court, Combe Martin Dinosaur Park, Exmoor Zoo and Watermouth Castle are all must-visit attractions. Horse riding is available locally and there are golf courses in Ilfracombe, Saunton and Barnstaple.
