The perfect choice for a holiday in Devon, Northcote Manor Farm Cottages are in a prime location, set within 33 acres of rolling countryside, in the hamlet of Kentisbury, on the edge of Exmoor National Park, only 4 miles from the village of Combe Martin and within easy reach of excellent beaches, Barnstaple and Ilfracombe. Family and dog-friendly, this accommodation provides an ideal base for a relaxing break, daytrips to the famous North Devon coast, outdoors activities and sightseeing the many attractions in and around the area.

Our 5 unique cottages are nestled around a pretty courtyard. Farm Cottage, The Granary and The Stables all sleep 4, The Dairy sleeps 5 and The Hayloft sleeps 6. The Stables is single-storey. Guests will find beautifully-presented and comfortable accommodation, with a host of contemporary comforts including Wifi, Smart TV, a dishwasher, microwave, laundry facilities, an outside area and parking. A charcoal barbecue is provided. The on-site facilities include a covered children’s swimming pool, games room and games field.

Visitors can explore the farm, with footpaths leading out into the surrounding countryside. Our dark night skies also offer excellent stargazing! Gastro pubs, The Pyne Arms and the Pack O’ Cards are a short drive away and local attractions include the Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, Lynton and Barnstaple Railway, Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff Railway, Arlington Court and the National Trust Carriage Museum, Valley of Rocks and more. Exmoor is superb for outdoors activities including walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, fishing and kayaking.
