Primrose Farm Cottages

For a relaxing holiday in the Devonshire countryside, come to Primrose Farm Cottages in the Otter Valley. We have 4 well-appointed 2 and 3-bedroomed cottages offering self-catering accommodation surrounded by farmland, with a carp lake, delightful walks and a friendly pub in the village of Upottery a mile away.

All our cottages offer a cosy and comfortable place to stay with underfloor heating, TV, DVD, fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher and private patios with beautiful views. Three of our cottages are wheelchair-friendly with easy access, widened doors and wet rooms.

We will ensure you have a welcome pack to help you settle in and we can also arrange for freshly cooked breakfasts or a 3-course evening meal to be delivered to your door from our own farm kitchen. Dogs are welcome at the cottages and there is plenty of car parking.
