Rock House

Nestled on the banks of the River Lyn is the charming Rock House, a 18th century guest house, in the picturesque village of Lynmouth. Offering well-appointed guest rooms, a restaurant and friendly bar, there is easy access from the South West Coast Path.

We have single rooms, twin, double, king-sized and rooms with riverside / sea views and dog-friendly rooms. All offer stylish decor and en suite facilities, a TV, DVD, hairdryer, free Wifi and hospitality tray. You can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning in our Harbour Side Restaurant which is also open for lunches, afternoon tea and evening meals.

Enjoy a drink from our well-stocked bar and sit out along the waterside terrace where we also hold barbecues in the summer. There is plenty of car parking at Rock House. We are close to the shops, cliff railway to Lynton and the magnificent views of Glen Lyn Gorge.
