Dean Steep Holidays offer 12 self-catering holiday cottages in the beautiful village of Barnbrook in Exmoor. Offering panoramic views across the fields and close to Lynton and Lynmouth, they are ideal for a holiday or peaceful break. All our cottages have been furnished to a high standard with excellent on-site facilities for our guests.

We have mid-terrace cottages and end-of-terrace properties for 3 guests or semi-detached properties for 4 or 5 guests. Each has a comfortable open plan living / sitting area featuring Freesat TV, Wifi, and DVD, fitted kitchens and family bathrooms. There is a communal laundry room, guest room with local information, books, games and a games room. Outside, there is a children’s play area, dog exercising field and allocated car parking.

We are on the bus routes to Lynton and Lynmouth or it’s a 25-minute walk if you want to leave your car behind. Here you can find many shops, cafes and pubs with the cliff railway and harbour. Dean Steep is also within driving distance of Exmoor Zoo and many lovely beaches for family days out.
