Swift Cottage

Swift Cottage offers excellent self-catering accommodation near the town of Newton Abbot. Privately owned, on the holiday complex of Newhouse Barton, guests have access to on-site facilities including a swimming pool. Located between Dartmoor National Park and the beautiful beaches of the south Devon coastline, the cottage is ideally suited as a holiday base.

The living area is well equipped with leather corner sofa, Smart TV, DVD, Wifi, wood burning stove and dining table. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer. You will also find a ground floor twin bedroom and en suite double bedroom up the staircase in the gallery area. Outside there is a courtyard with barbeque and car parking adjacent.
