Blue Ball Inn

The Blue Ball Inn is a thatched Devon country pub in the quaint village of Sidford. With great food, drink and well-presented guest rooms, we are ideally suited for stopovers, short breaks or holidays. The coastal town of Sidmouth is just 2 miles away.

We have 9 well-presented guest rooms, all with en suite facilities, hairdryer, free Wifi, TV, and beverage tray. A delicious breakfast is included in our room rates. Our bar is well stocked with wines, spirits and great ales. We can also have a function room for conferences, special events or parties.

Sidford is a small village on the River Sid, which runs into Lyme Bay at Sidmouth. There is a 12th-century packhorse bridge over the river. In the village centre there are local shops. In Sidmouth you can visit the beach, Donkey Sanctuary, Connaught Gardens, The Byes Riverside Park, Sidmouth Museum and more.
