West Down Farm

Welcome to West Down Farm, the perfect location for a relaxing break near South Molton within the beautiful North Devon countryside. A large self-catering former farmhouse catering for up to 18 guests, we provide luxurious accommodation and facilities for group holidays and events.

There is a large lounge and fully equipped kitchen, as well as 8 en suite bedrooms. We can arrange external caterers and offer spa breaks with on-site treatments. There is also a private sauna and hot tub. We can also offer a variety of activities from yoga to paintballing, clay pigeon shooting and go karting. The market town of South Molton has plenty of shops and places to eat. The town is known as a gateway to Exmoor National Park. Barnstable is 20-minutes’ drive away with its historic Pannier Market, theatre, local museums and is a good base from which to explore Tarka Country and the 180-mile Tarka Trail.
