Newhouse Farm Cottages

Newhouse Farm Cottages are 9 delightful self-catering holiday homes offering a relaxing place to stay in a rural setting outside Tiverton. Nestled in 30 acres of grounds with beautiful gardens, woodlands and open fields on an organic farm, we are ideal for a holiday break. Owners Keith, Doreen, Stuart and Debbie offer a warm welcome.

All our cottages have been renovated from Grade 2 listed barns with their original stone walls, wooden beams and vaulted ceilings. We have cosy cottages for 2, family sized cottages for 4 or 6, plus Elm Barn that can accommodate 11. All are equipped with free Wifi, Freeview TV, DVD, dishwashers and central heating. We can supply stairgates, travel cots and high chairs.

There is a swimming pool, sauna, games room, soft playroom and studio. Outside there is a shared courtyard with a barbeque, plus acres of grounds to explore.
