Pond Cottage

Welcome to Pond Cottage, a beautiful traditional stone cottage nestled on the edge of the farm pond near the Devonshire village of Witheridge. With the original cob walls, exposed oak beams and shutters, this is a quintessential English country cottage.

There is a stable door that leads into the open plan living area with leather sofas, TV, DVD player and a wood burning stove. The farmhouse-style kitchen has a range cooker, dishwasher and washer dryer, as well as a dining area. There is a seating area on the spacious landing with stunning views of the countryside and 2 double bedrooms. Both bedrooms can accommodate a cot.

The private, enclosed garden has a barbeque and there is car parking. Guests are also welcome to use the outdoor swimming pool. Owners Renate and John live in the main farmhouse so are on hand to offer any advice or help. You are welcome to explore our grounds and we would be delighted to show you around the farm. There is a post office and pub in the village and we are close to the landscapes of Exmoor.
