Southcombe Country Cottages is ideal for people looking for a friendly, well-resourced farm-stay. This accommodation is surrounded by countryside near the village of Witheridge in mid-Devon. Offering superb self-catering homes, we have 6 beautiful cottages and a shepherd’s hut.

The cottages have been rated 4 or 5 stars with a Gold Award by Visit England. They have been lovingly converted from 18th century barns and equipped with all the contemporary amenities you need for a fantastic stay. We have the cosy Jonquil Cottage for 3, up to Tykes Cottage which sleeps 10 guests. Please see our website for details of all properties.

For a back-to-nature experience with added luxury, our shepherd’s hut sleeps 2 guests, with en suite shower room, kitchen and private hot tub. All guests have access to our excellent facilities including heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, games room, playroom and 15 acres of grounds to explore. You can also meet our resident ducks and hens or enjoy a picnic by the stream.
