Little Thatch Cottage

Little Thatch Cottage is a quaint old thatched cottage offering a comfortable self-catering holiday home in a rural location between Ashbourne and Belper. On the edge of the stunning Peak District National Park, the cottage is surrounded by open countryside and country walks. Hosts Cynthia and David offer a warm welcome and everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Inside there is an attractive mix of antique and contemporary furnishings, with a light and airy lounge with open fire and French doors leading to the terrace. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a double en suite bedroom downstairs and a second en suite double room upstairs with panoramic views.

Ashbourne and Belper both have many shops, restaurants and attractions. The cottage is also close to the stately homes of Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall. Matlock Bath provides an exciting day out for children with its Gulliver’s World Theme Park and cable car to the Heights of Abraham.
