Holden House Guest House offers bed and breakfast in the village of Shardlow in Derbyshire. Nestled on the banks of the River Trent, this Grade II listed Georgian House offers a homely place to stay in a conservation area, next to the National Forest.

All our rooms are furnished to a high standard with en suite facilities, Freeview TV, hairdryer, Wifi and a refreshment tray. We have, double rooms and a family room, with our best room offering lovely views across the river. In the morning, choose from a full cooked English breakfast, continental-style or vegetarian breakfast. We can also cater for special dietary requirements.

Holden House has car parking and secure storage for bicycles and motorbikes. There are pubs and restaurants within walking distance and the village has beautiful riverside walks. The Shardlow Heritage Centre is worth a visit and the guest house is ideal for visiting Donington Park, Calke Abbey and Sudbury Hall.
