Colmer Farmhouse

Colmer Farmhouse is a traditional 15th century house offering self-catering accommodation in the village of Marshwood. Located in a rural setting with commanding views across Marshwood Vale towards the sea at Lyme Bay, the farmhouse is ideal for a family or group holiday.

The farmhouse retains its original architectural features such as exposed oak beams, flagstone floors, as well as the bread oven in an inglenook fireplace. We have also added modern comforts including a washing machine, dishwasher, TV and wood burner. There are 2 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom with a family-sized bathroom. Outside, there is plenty of car parking and a private garden.

There is a welcoming pub in the village which serves food and drink. The holiday property is close to Lyme Regis, a popular tourist spot on the Jurassic Coast, where you can watch the boats come and go in the harbour, walk the Cobb harbour wall, relax on the beach, visit the museum and go on a fossil-hunting walk or have a pint of cold local ale and an ice cream!
