Stour Cross Farm

Stour Cross Farm would like to present luxurious Scandinavian-style self-catering chalets for hire near the village of West Stour. Elegantly furnished and surrounded by 150-acres of pasture, they provide a comfortable and peaceful holiday home in the Dorset countryside.

We have 4 chalets all rated as 3 or 4 stars by Visit England. All have open plan living areas with sofas, TV, Wifi, dining area and a kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. There are 3 en suite bedrooms including a master bedroom upstairs with balcony and a ground floor bedroom for guests who prefer not to climb stairs. Our two 4-Star rated chalets also have a 6-seated hot tub outside on the veranda.

Guests are welcome to look around our farm and observe our herd of cows being milked. Cows calving adjacent to the chalets and guests are welcome to help feed the calves. We are 6 miles from the town of Shaftesbury where you can find shops, restaurants, pubs and an open air swimming pool. For days out, the farm is close to Monkey World, Longleet Safari Park, Corfe Castle and Cranbourne Chase.
