The Hood Arms

A warm welcome awaits visitors to The Hood Arms in the pretty village of Kilve within the Quantock Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This 17th century coaching inn offers good food and comfortable guest rooms, just off the A39 road, midway between Bridgwater and Minehead and close to the Somerset coast.

Our 9 guest rooms have en suite facilities, free Wifi, telephone, Freeview TV and a hospitality tray. There are twin, double and ground floor bedrooms available. Our restaurant is open for lunch, evening meals and delicious Sunday lunches. Our seasonal menu includes dishes such as beer-battered fish and chips, smoked haddock with new potatoes, Somerset ribeye steak and the ‘Catch of the Day’. We have vegetarian options; children are welcome and the bar / snug areas are dog friendly.

Feel free to sit in our garden and enjoy a drink or you can play a game of table tennis or boule. There is also a play area for children. The pub has plenty of car parking on site. We look forward to welcoming you soon!
