Renovated from former stables and situated in 5-acres of grounds which are shared with llamas and chickens, the Blackdown Hills also provide a beautiful backdrop. Owners Nick and Leigh offer a warm welcome are happy to help with anything during your stay.

Both Rose and Bluebell Cottages offer cosy self-catering holiday homes for up to 4 guests. You will find an open plan living area featuring natural stone and oak flooring, full central heating, a wood burning stove, TV and BluRay player. The kitchen area includes a dishwasher, washing machine and dining table. There is a double and twin room upstairs. The cottages have a private patio and there is a shared lawn for games, picnics or barbeques, with plenty of walking in and around the grounds. The cottages can be booked separately or together for groups of up to 8.

The nearby village of Combe St Nicholas has some friendly pubs and local shops, with the high street branded shops and more eateries / pubs available in Chard. Chard Reservoir provides an interesting nature reserve and there is also a museum in the town. Forde Abbey is a former Cistercian monastery 3.6 miles from Chard. The house and gardens are open to the public.
