Fraser & Telford Cottages

Fraser and Telford Cottages are 2 stone and timber cottages offering self-catering accommodation on the outskirts of Kincraig village. Surrounded by birch woodlands and the Insh Marsh Nature Reserve, these cottages are an ideal place for people who love the outdoors. Owners Nick and Patsy live in the main house and will be on hand to offer any help or advice.

Rated 3-Stars by the Scottish Tourist Board, both cottages have an open plan living area decorated in a contemporary style, with a lounge area, dining table and well-equipped kitchenette with hob, oven and microwave. There is a double and a bedroom with bunk beds with drying room and a ski store. Each cottage can accommodate 4 guest 2 adults and 2 young children. Dogs are welcome.

Kincraig is at the heart of the Scottish Highlands within the Cairngorms National Park. It is an area of outstanding natural beauty containing some of Scotland’s most wondrous landscapes and rare wildlife. Ancient forests, lochs and heather-clad moorlands flank the famous River Spey and the snow-capped peaks of the Cairngorm range provide a dramatic backdrop.
