Ben Alder Estate

The Ben Alder Estate offers superb self-catering holiday homes situated around nearly 70 thousand acres of Highland countryside. Offering a scenic location encompassing 5 Munros, Loch Ericht and with many activities on offer, guests will have a truly memorable stay.

Our Lochside cottages accommodate 8 guests and offer views across Loch Ericht. An Tochailt Lodge is a 19th century castle near Dalwhinnie and The Gate Lodge is a modern build resembling a 19th century building, on the shores of the loch. There is also Dalnaspidal Lodge, a sporting lodge for up to 12 guests, adjacent to Loch Garry.

Our largest properties for 12 guests are Corriecarkie Lodge which is a 19th century hunting lodge in a remote area and Camusericht Lodge with its own heated swimming pool and games room.
