Welcome to Phoenix Court Guest House, a family-run establishment overlooking North Bay in Scarborough, with stunning sea views from many of our rooms. In an area of limited parking, we benefit from having our own car park for the exclusive use of our guests only. Phoenix Court is rated with 4-Stars by Visit England.

Owners Mike and Donna will be on hand to ensure you have everything you need throughout your visit. The guest rooms have en suite facilities, Wifi, complimentary toiletries and a beverage tray for making refreshments. After a great night’s sleep, choose from a variety of breakfast options including Mike’s Big Breakfast with all the trimmings to a simple egg on toast!

This guest house is close to the seafront, beach, Scarborough Castle, Peasholm Park and many other attractions, with lots of cafes, restaurants, inns and cafes within walking distance. We hope to see you soon at Phoenix Court.
