The Garden Bothy

The Garden Bothy is nestled in a Yorkshire country garden in the village of Rainton. The owners are professional gardener Martin Fish, who has appeared on numerous radio and TV programmes, and his wife Jill, who is an avid baker. This lovely self-catering cottage is located in their 3 quarters of an acre of garden.

The Bothy is a stone built cottage for 2 guests. The lounge has comfortable seating, television and iPod dock; there is a fully-equipped kitchen and dining room, a double bedroom and shower room. Outside, there is a private courtyard garden and you are explore the rest of the gardens.

Martin is available for gardening talks and demonstrations and Jill would love to share her extensive range of recipes with visitors, groups or at events. Thirsk is less than 9 miles away, Famous for its racecourse, 15th Century Church and James Herriot connections.
