Curlew Cottage & Peewit Cottage

Curlew Cottage and Peewit Cottage are 2 beautiful holiday homes on a working farm near the village of Leaholm. Fern Farm is a welcoming place to stay, surrounded by open fields and the purple banks of heather moorland. A haven for those whom enjoy the outdoors, both cottages offer all the facilities needed for a very comfortable self-catering visit.

Owners John and Tina live on the farm and will ensure you have everything you need throughout your stay. Both Curlew and Peewit are cosy cottages for 2 with open plan living areas featuring sofas, TV, wood burning effect electric fires, fully-equipped kitchenettes and patio doors leading out to the garden. The bedroom has a double bed and also has direct access to the garden. There is also a shower room and plenty of car parking outside.

The farm is close to some charming villages including Leaholm, where you can take a boat up the river Esk or enjoy refreshment in a tea shop or pub; Goathland which was used as Aidensfield in the TV programme Heartbeat, and Grosmont, where you can catch the North Yorkshire Moors Railway to either Pickering or Whitby.
