Ascot House

Ascot House is a multi-award-winning 4-Star guest house in the attractive Heworth area of York. This impressive Victorian building is located adjacent to the beautiful Heworth Park and Gardens and is only 15 minutes’ walk to the city centre. There is free car parking to the rear of the property. Family-run, owners June, Keith and family offer a warm welcome and excellent hospitality.

Set over 3 floors, our 12 immaculate guest rooms include twin, double, family-sized, 4-poster and ground floor rooms for guests with mobility needs. Each room is equipped with en suite facilities, a TV, free Wifi, radio alarm clock, hairdryer and hospitality tray for making hot drinks. You can also enjoy a relaxing drink from our Butler’s Pantry in our licensed guest lounge. After a sound night’s sleep, choose from a range of choices at breakfast. Options include a traditional full English, vegetarian breakfast, porridge or range of lighter bites. Special diets are catered for and early breakfasts can be accommodated.
