Bampfield Farm

Bampfield Farm has 2 beautifully-presented holiday cottages surrounded by acres of open countryside near Barnstable. Set on a family-owned farm, these former farm buildings provide a perfect setting for a family holiday in Devon. Both of our cottages have been 4-Star rated by Visit England.

The Old Granary was once the corn store, with beautiful exposed wooden beams and stone walls adding to its abundant charm. This cottage sleeps 4 to 8 people. Haven Cottage is the former dairy and sleeps up to 6 people. Upon arrival, we treat guests to a traditional Devon welcome, with a freshly baked cream tea.

Each cottage has a lounge featuring a log burning stove, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen. There is free Wifi and central heating and we also provide an unlimited supply of logs. There are stunning rural views across the surrounding countryside, and both cottages offer outdoor space equipped with garden furniture for relaxing outside. There is plenty of car parking and we offer pony rides, a playground and farm tours. We are also happy recommend local places to visit.
