Exe Valley Bed & Breakfast

Exe Valley Bed and Breakfast is a self-contained annex for up to 3 people in the village of Brampford Speke. There is a ground floor double bedroom, small dining room and a ground floor private bathroom with a deep bath with handheld shower attachment. The upstairs converted Hayloft has a double bed and a single bed. This spacious room can also be used as a guest sitting room.

The accommodation is best suited for 1 - 3 people travelling together who are happy to share the bathroom. There is a hairdryer, iron and ironing board in the downstairs bedroom and a travel cot and high chair are available on request. Both rooms have a flat screen TV, free Wifi and a variety of books and board games. A self-service cold or pre-ordered cooked breakfast is available.

An outside gazebo hosts panoramic views towards Killerton and Exmoor. The local pub is only 10 minutes’ walk. Our picturesque village of Brampford Speke, located beside the River Exe, is only 5 miles from Exeter. Cross the nearby footbridge onto the Exe Valley Way walking route. The local area is peaceful, with lots of activities and attractions to be found within an easy distance.
