Welcome to Swan Hill House, a Victorian property offering bed and breakfast accommodation in the Devonshire village of Colyford. Close to both the East Devon and Blackdown Hills Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and well-placed to explore the Jurassic Coast, this B & B is perfect for a short break or holiday in the area.

There are double, twin and super king-sized rooms, all with en suite shower facilities, complimentary toiletries, a Smart TV, free Wifi, mini fridge and beverage tray. The guest lounge is a great place to relax in front of a roaring open fire. A full West Country breakfast, vegetarian breakfast or smoked salmon is served in the morning, along with our own homemade preserves.

There is a private car park at Swan Hill House and we are on the bus routes to many of the local towns. There are pubs and a post office in the village, with Seaton a mile away, offering further amenities as well as a harbour, sandy beach and the world-famous South West Coast Path.
