Kiddicott Farm

Kiddicott Farm offers bed and breakfast or self-catering accommodation in an attractive rural setting near the village of Clyst St Mary. Our flexible accommodation means our comfortable guest rooms can be booked with inclusive breakfast or as self-catering suites with the use of a shared kitchen. The whole cottage can also be booked as a holiday home for up to 7 guests.

There are 3 bedrooms, a double, a twin and a family room with a double and a single bed. Each has en suite facilities, a TV, free Wifi and desk with a spacious shared living room that has a leather suite, TV and a large desk. A delicious breakfast can be provided or you can use our communal kitchen. There are also laundry facilities available.

There is plenty of parking and guests are welcome to explore our 55 acres of grounds with orchards and gardens. You can even sample some of our own award-winning organic apple juice! We offer discounted rates for contractors or long term guests and we are only 15 minutes away from Exeter Airport.
