Kiddicott Farm offers superb self-catering cottage accommodation in an attractive rural setting near the village of Clyst St Mary in East Devon. The farm is within easy reach of Exeter, the Exe Estuary, East Devon National Landscape, Dartmoor and the world-famous Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site. The M5 is conveniently close by (the farm is 8 minutes from Junction 30), whilst Exeter Airport is 15 minutes’ drive.

The 3 terraced country cottages sleep up to 7 in 3 bedrooms and include a living area, kitchen, dining space and utility room. The bedrooms have oak beds and en suite facilities. Featuring thoughtful décor, guests will also find lots of contemporary comforts including free Wifi access, 50” Smart TV, a desk workspace for business guests, dishwasher and washing machine; with 4G phone coverage available for most networks.

The cottages all overlook our peaceful orchard, gardens and fields which have been restored to traditional pastures and meadows. Deer, badger, fox and native birds including buzzards, sparrow hawk and kestrel can regularly be seen! Guests are welcome to explore our 55 acres of grounds and meet the farm animals. There is plenty of secure guest car parking, including space for horse and boat trailers if required.

The local area provides the ideal place for a host of outdoors activities including walking, cycling, fishing, golf and horse riding. Clyst St Mary is a well-served village with a local shop and several pubs, whilst nearby Exeter is an historic city with a lively independent food and shopping scene, plus excellent attractions such as its cathedral, Underground Passages and the Royal Albert Memorial Museum and Art Gallery.
