Riverdown

Riverdown is a modern house offering bed and breakfast accommodation in the village of Exton. Located adjacent to the River Exe with a garden and patio area, this is a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful holiday break. Owner Tim lives upstairs and will be on hand to welcome you and provide any help or advice as required.

Ideally suited for elderly or partially disabled guests, Riverdown has 2 ground floor bedrooms; a double en suite room and a room which can be set up as either a super-king size or twin room, with a private bathroom. Both are equipped with free Wifi, TV, refreshments and patio doors leading to a patio area with bistro set. There is also a lounge and a utility room with microwave and washing machine for guest use.

Enjoy an inclusive Continental or Full English breakfast in the morning. There is free off-road parking and secure bike lock up for cyclists. The house is a stone’s throw from the water’s edge and you can follow an excellent cycleway to Topsham or Exmouth.
