Quentance Farm

A warm Devonshire welcome awaits at Quentance Farm, set in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty between Budleigh Salterton and Exmouth. A working farm with views across the Jurassic Coast, we offer bed and breakfast or self-catering accommodation.

Our B and B rooms are housed in our farmhouse with a choice of single, double, twin and family rooms. Two of our rooms have en suite facilities and 3 share a bathroom. All have Freeview TV, central heating, a wash basin, free Wifi and refreshment tray. There is also a guest lounge where you can relax and watch television or read. A delicious breakfast is included in our room rates, accompanied with homemade bread and preserves.

Our self-catering unit offers a cosy place to stay for 2 guests, with an open plan living area featuring a sofa, Freeview TV and kitchenette; as well as a double bedroom and a bathroom with walk in shower. All guests are welcome to explore our grounds and there is a disused railway line adjacent to our land which provides a cycle and walking route to Exmouth.
