Lee House

Lee House is a beautifully-presented Victorian home offering bed and breakfast in the historic town of Lynton. Surrounded by the landscapes of Exmoor and the North Devonshire Heritage Coast, this B & B is ideally located for visiting its many attractions. Carefully refurbished from a former gentleman’s residence, the house mixes traditional features with modern amenities.

All our rooms are individually decorated to offer stylish decor and furnishings. There are king size, twin, balcony rooms and a garden room which opens out onto a private patio. Each room is equipped with en suite facilities, complimentary toiletries, Wifi, Freeview TV and hospitality tray. There is also a guest lounge, outside terrace and on-road car parking.

In the morning, enjoy a delicious freshly cooked breakfast from our extensive menu. We have options for vegetarians, vegan and gluten-free diets too, with our own homemade preserves served on the side. An evening sharing platter can be provided or we can arrange for chocolates or flowers to be waiting for you in the room on arrival. We hope to see you soon.
