Welcome to Twelve Oaks Cottages, comprising excellent self-catering holiday cottages, a farmhouse and timber lodges on Twelve Oaks Farm Holiday Park. A privately-owned working farm in a rural setting near Newton Abbot, we offer quiet and peaceful surroundings within 250 acres of grounds. The cottages are 5-Star rated by Visit England.
Our 4 cottages; Acorn, Oak Apple, Oak Leaves and Walnut, sleep from 4 to 6 guests and have been sensitively refurbished from farm buildings, with beamed ceilings and contemporary facilities. Twelve Oaks Farmhouse accommodates larger groups of up to 10. Our new superb timber-built lodges sleep up to 4 guests. Please see our website for further details of all accommodation.
Our heating is derived from a biomass boiler with electricity from solar power. There is on-site car parking and dogs are allowed by arrangement. The outdoor swimming pool is open during the summer months and there is a fishing lake, small shop and children’s play park. You are also welcome to explore the extensive grounds.
